Before you start

• Your Spectrum mobile account number is different from your internet account number
• Have your 12-13 digit account number ready (Spectrum.net → Services → Mobile)
• Any device-finance balance becomes immediately due on port-out — plan for this

Getting your Transfer PIN

1. Spectrum.net or My Spectrum app → Services → Mobile
2. Select your line → Get Transfer PIN
3. PIN is sent via SMS
4. PIN is valid for only 3 days

Important: Spectrum requires your SSN

Spectrum will ask for the last 4 of your SSN during the port-out process. Have it ready.

Account number tips

• 12-13 digits, found at Spectrum.net → Services → Mobile
• NOT the same as your Spectrum internet account number
• If you only have internet with Spectrum, your mobile account number is separate

How long it takes

Most Spectrum → manaMOBILE ports complete within 4-24 hours (Verizon network → T-Mobile).
